TuneForge ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TuneForge platform, an AI music generation service powered by the Bittensor decentralized network. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.
Generated Content
We store the music tracks you generate, including prompts, model parameters, and output audio files, so you can access them in your library.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, credit consumption, API requests, and generation history.

3. Third-Party Data Processing
TuneForge is built on the Bittensor decentralized AI network. When you submit a music generation request:
Bittensor Network Miners: Your text prompts and generation parameters are sent to independent miners on the Bittensor network for processing. These miners are third-party operators; we do not control their infrastructure. Prompts are transmitted as needed for generation and are not intended for long-term storage by miners.
We may also use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. Each third party processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for up to 24 months for analytics purposes. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
